Am I the only one to be rejected from shops when I want to buy something with a bank check ?
I mean it happened to me several times in the last few months, I go shopping and I'm told 'sorry young boy, we don't take cheks anymore'. When I ask why, they say that's because a lot of people are suffering from the financial crisis and they make blanck check. I've asked a friend to find out what a blank check is, and he says it's when you make a check and your bank account is empty
It makes me sad because I feel insulted, it's almost like they called me a thief.
I mean it's not my fault if the bank thinks I'm too young to have a credit card. I can only pay cheks ! I can't walk the streets with too much cash in my pockets !
What can I do ?
