not only msn has more smileys but it is also better for images and sounds management to me. viewing the person you talk to in a big window is a lot nicer than this tiny facebook chatbox thing

I like the fact msn starts automatically with window, however facebook what box is nice too. msn has more smileys maybe...what do you think ?
