avoir trash food, run away from mc donalds and such, say goodbye to Popeye and ask your medic what he thinks about it. those kind of problems should not being handle on forums. I'm not sure everybody's a doctor here

Something to look forward is you want to gain height is high caloric meals. Try to have them as much as you can. I think about olive oil, whole milk, pasta, nuts, etc. It as better have more of those meals a day even if they're smaller, rather than a few bigger ones.

Strength training also does a lot, because you want to gain real muscle and not fat. Maybe you can try looking into a program for guys aiming for the same goal as you. Like Sahli said, try see your doctor. He can probably lead you in the right direction. Take it easy

As it was said earlier in this thread try to eat more. Your body needs calories to ingest and calories to reject, if you have a lack of calorie where your calorie/bmr burning level is more than the calories you've eaten "your body burns more calories in day to day activities than the amount you've eaten" then you will lose kilos, but if it's the opposite, where you eat more calories than your body burns off then you will gain fat. Yes an excess in calories will be stored as fat most of the time and for both sexes, but if you do weight training you can use that excess calories to put on muscles instead of useless fat You will still make out some grease, but a lot less than you would if you did nothing but eating a lot. Make sure you have calory, lots of protein, complex carbos, fats "yes they're important, look up healthy fats". Drink a lot of water, your muscles need water retention it helps with using your full strength and in turn maximising your gains.

Research more about this (absolute beginnersweight training programs, what kind of nutrition, how much, your approximate BMR, protein intake etc.) or feel free to ask more questions, was just a very brief summary. If you do not gain weight even after a long while, it could be a metabolic problem to do with your thyroid glands and you may have to see a doctor.

You need to include more servings of well balanced meals in what you eat. Including an avocado in your salad provides you with 332 more calories. Likewise, you can include much more of butter or peanut butter in your bread, paneer as salad outfitting and nuts in your dessert.
