Hi all. So now, I have 13 years old in 2 months so I'm in 5th. I want my makeup light: a little mascara and pencil. My sister was allowed to wear makeup in the fourth, but the generation to advanced and it is becoming earlier. All my friends wear makeup. I do not know how to talk to my parents, and I do not know how they will deal with me using make up so young Can anyone help me please?

I think you should speak with your mom first. Brings up the subject as she makes herself up, talk about some of the products you are using, and say something like "I wonder if it looks cool on me," you know the type ? Personally, if my 13 year old daughter asked me to wear makeup a little, I will accept after this course I know do the little principles of your mom, etc.. Anyway, it's worth a try.
